Gros Morne Region
Gros Morne Theatre Festival
Theatre Newfoundland Labrador's full summer season features quality
professional theatre productions - celebrating the culture and history of
western & northern Newfoundland. Located at the Warehouse Theatre
and the Shallow Bay Motel in Cow Head, Gros Morne National Park of
Canada. Comedy, drama, dinner theatre, musical nights and family theatre
suitable for all ages. Featured performances include Ethie (a dinner theatre)
by Shane Ellis Coates and Neddy Norris Night (a night of traditional music
and comedy). Special guest entertainers featured on Monday's Who's
Darkening Our Door Tonight series. Running early June to mid-September.
From September to May TNL produces Youth Theatre programming and
musical theatre in Corner Brook.
- Theatre Newfoundland Labrador is currently
touring its play Tempting Providence nationally
and internationally. - The Gros Morne Theatre Festival has been named
to the Top 100 Things To Do In North America
by the American Bus Association. - The Gros Morne Theatre Festival was the winner of the Provincial Cultural Tourism Award in 2002.
- Theatre Newfoundland Labrador is a member of the Professional Association of Canadian Theatres (PACT)

The Ruby Theatre
The Ruby Theatre offers live theatre with a Newfoundland theme. We have a lively mix of drama, comedy and special guests. Season 2006 will start late May until the beginning of September. Fill your afternoon and evenings with a production at our intimate and beautiful historic venue.
